In return, we ask you to take the initiative to arrange a meeting with your line manager to discuss how the Getting Started approach can be tailored to your needs.
Performance Development Reviews/Staff Review and Development Scheme
The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute has ambitious scientific aims. To accomplish these we must ensure that everyone understands how their role, day-to-day performance and eagerness to learn contribute to achieving these. The Performance Development Review process and Staff Review and Development Scheme are a way of formalising these discussions of progress between employees and their line manager. This process is driven by employees and varies according to date of hire.
