Orders for materials and services are placed using the Universities i-Proc system, following the financial regulations set down by the University to promote competition and value for money. Our Finance team are here to ensure compliance with these values. In addition, the Finance team are in place to facilitate the payment and receipt of all expenditure and income at the Institute which includes staff expense claim forms, charging external customers for use of the buildings facilities and accepting donations.
