Abstract:
Single‐cell Transcript Quantification On the cover, an artistic rendering highlights single‐cell transcript quantification using microfluidic traps. In their Research Article (10.1002/admt.202401953), Tuomas P. J. Knowles and co‐workers introduce, trapFISH, a method where individual cells are encapsulated in hydrogel beads, arrayed in microfluidic traps, and analyzed for transcript abundance through fluorescent hybridization and enzyme‐free signal amplification.
