PhD Student
George is a PhD student in the Winton group. He is originally from Suffolk, England and have a first-class degree in Biomedicine and an MRes on ‘Calcium signalling in the colonic epithelium’ from the University of East Anglia.
George’s PhD project ‘Defining stem cell territories in human colonic crypts’ utilises a range of human and mouse experimental culture models paired with novel cell cycle labelling techniques to elucidate the differences in stem cell dynamics between mouse and human.
