The Griffiths Group developed and applied magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy both in the laboratory and in patients to:

  • study basic cancer biology
  • improve non-invasive methods for tumour diagnosis and grading
  • personalise patient therapy
  • develop biomarkers for monitoring the action of anticancer drugs.
