Research Group Home Page:

My research primarily involves the early detection of cancer from histopathological slides using deep learning and computer vision techniques. Our aim is to help pathologists identify problematic regions more accurately and efficiently through the use of computer-aided detection and developing risk stratification models from these models. In doing so our research aims to query these models to learn new features from this data that can impact treatment from visual features in a range of cancer tissues, with a primary focus on oesophageal adenocarcinoma.
