Senior Bioinformatics Analyst

I am an associate professor for computer science and computational biology in the Hebrew University, currently on sabbatical with Dr. Nitzan Rosenfeld's group at the CRUK Cambridge Institute.
My research involves machine learning and probabilistic models to analyse biological data, in the fields of gene regulation via distal enhancers, DNA methylation, and 3D genome folding, and circulating cell-free DNA.
