Biography
Kamal obtained his PhD at the University of Milan in the field of computational epigenomics. His PhD involved developing computational tools for integrative analysis of epigenomics data. He joined Bioinformatics core at CRUK CI in 2016. His main activities involves analysis of heterogenous genomics and proteomics data. He work in close collaboration with biologists to analytically answer challenging biological questions. The development of robust software solutions with contributions to Bioconductor project forms an integral part of the work.
