Research Group Home Page:

I am a final year PhD student at the Brenton Lab at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, University of Cambridge.

I work on stratification of patients with high grade serous ovarian cancer based on DNA repair. I developed a functional assay which can read out the DNA repair status on primary material using confocal microscopy and high throughput quantitative image analysis. Simultaneously I am using lots of next generation sequencing tools in germline DNA for functional assay validation and further research into DNA repair signatures.

If not working in the lab, I love engaging with the public. I am taking part in lots of outreach activities on behalf of Cancer Research UK.
